Would you like to look more rested while still looking like yourself? In your fifties, balance matters: skin quality, facial support and expression need different approaches. An ESTERA consultation helps you choose what to address and in what order.
Choose by concern, not by birthday
- Hyaluronic acid fillers: For a defined volume or contour concern, not automatically after a particular birthday.
- Collagen stimulators: Discuss Radiesse, Lanluma or aesPlla where suitable, not as a universal substitute for surgery.
- Fotona4D: A possible option for skin quality and firmness, with an individual assessment of its limits.
- Chemical peels: For selected surface concerns; pigmentation needs assessment first.
Your first priority
Significant laxity is not simply a shortage of filler. Skin quality or selective volume correction may be the priority. Nonsurgical care cannot replace surgery in every case.
How your plan takes shape
Bring details of previous procedures and products, health conditions, allergies and all medicines. The consultation sets a goal, likely outcome, visit plan and recovery needs. The order and spacing of different methods are individual. Assessment may also show that no procedure is needed now.
Skincare alongside treatment
Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and moisturising remain the foundation. After a procedure, follow its specific aftercare instructions. A changing pigmented lesion needs medical assessment before cosmetic treatment.
Recovery and safety
Redness, swelling, bruising and temporary tenderness can occur; risks vary by method. Fillers also carry rare serious vascular risks. Severe or unusual pain, pale or discoloured skin, or visual symptoms need urgent medical care. Tell us about pregnancy, breastfeeding, infections and medicines before choosing a procedure. Do not stop medication yourself.
Cost depends on your goal
See the current price list. This page is not a package for a fixed number of procedures; cost depends on the agreed plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is age alone a reason for treatment?
No. Your goals, examination, health and the likely benefits and risks matter more.
Can I come if I have never had an aesthetic procedure?
Yes. A consultation helps you understand the options and does not commit you to treatment.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Possibilities and limits are assessed individually; a natural appearance is a goal, not a guarantee.
