What is microneedling with exosomes?
The combination of medical microneedling and mesotherapy application of exosomes unites two complementary mechanisms: controlled micro-injuries that trigger the skin’s natural renewal, and nano-vesicles that deliver regeneration signals directly to the cells. Together they make the therapy more effective than either would be alone – the combination of mechanical stimulation and a cocktail of active substances gives a faster and longer-lasting effect.
The treatment is suitable for all skin phototypes, pain is minimal, and it can be applied to the face, neck, decolletage, hands and body.
How does the treatment work?
Microneedling with a dermapen device creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, which:
- stimulates collagen and elastin production,
- supports the natural healing of scars – acne scars and stretch marks,
- activates natural growth factors, brightening skin damaged by the sun, smoking and tanning beds,
- firms the epidermis – tightens the skin and reduces the appearance of pores.
At the same time, the micro-channels allow the active ingredients of the mesotherapy cocktail to penetrate far deeper than with classic surface application.
The role of exosomes
Exosomes are small vesicles (membrane bubbles) of high regenerative capacity that carry a variety of biomolecules – proteins, lipids, growth factors and RNA fragments – directly to the skin cells. They slow down ageing by promoting intracellular communication, reducing inflammation and stimulating collagen and elastin production. Applied immediately after microneedling, while the channels in the skin are open, they reach the deeper layers and make the most of the treatment’s regenerative potential.
What do the treatment and recovery look like?
After the consultation and an individual plan, the skin is cleansed and treated with the dermapen, and the exosome cocktail is then applied. A series of 3-4 treatments at intervals of 3-4 weeks is recommended. The skin recovers by the third day after the treatment, and results are seen after 4-5 weeks, building further through the course.
After the treatment, and for the next 24 hours, extreme temperatures, saunas and steam baths, direct sun exposure or UV rays should be avoided, as well as make-up and products other than those agreed with the doctor. The use of sun protection is mandatory.
How much does microneedling with exosomes cost?
The price depends on the area and the treatment plan – see the price list; the exact protocol is determined during the consultation.
