Invisalign is the best-known brand of orthodontic treatment with clear aligners — a series of transparent, removable trays that gradually move teeth into their target position. The idea is the same across all aligner systems: a digital movement plan is built from a 3D scan, and each tray is worn for 1–2 weeks, moving teeth a fraction of a millimetre.
What does treatment look like? The first step is a 3D intraoral scan — no impression trays — and an orthodontic assessment. Then the final result is simulated, so you see your future smile before you start. Aligners are worn 20–22 hours a day, removed for eating and brushing, and check-ups are short and less frequent than with fixed braces.
Advantages over fixed braces. Almost invisible, more comfortable, no wires to rub, easier hygiene and fewer emergencies (breakages, poking wires). That is why they are especially popular with adults and professionals.
Limits worth knowing. Aligners are not the answer for every malocclusion — severe skeletal discrepancies and large rotations are still best handled by fixed braces. And treatment demands discipline: skip the prescribed 20+ hours of wear and you lose both effect and time.
How long and how much? Mild cases resolve in 4–8 months, an average case in 12–18. The price depends on complexity and the number of aligners — our aligner therapy is RSD 10,000 per aligner, and you receive the exact count and total after the 3D scan and plan.

Frequently asked questions
Are aligners visible?
In normal conversation — practically not.
Is wearing them painful?
Each new tray presses for 1–3 days — a sign it is working; most describe pressure, not pain.
What happens after treatment?
Retention is mandatory — wearing retainers protects the result you achieved.
Is Invisalign the only system?
No — several aligner systems exist (Invisalign, ClearCorrect, regional systems); which is best depends on the case, and that is what the consultation assesses.
