At the 7th SESIAM International Congress in Belgrade (16-17 October 2026), Dr Nenad Stankovic presented a full-face biostimulation strategy that treats the face as what it is: layers, each ageing differently, each needing its own tool. The lecture, delivered to a full hall, included dedicated content on the CELLBOOSTER line (SHAPE, LIFT and GLOW), presented with the support of Suisselle.
Why one product never fixes a face
Skin quality, ligament support and fat compartments age on different timelines. A skin booster improves hydration and texture but cannot reposition tissue. A structural filler can support a ligament but does nothing for skin glow. Modern biostimulation is a layered plan, not a single syringe.
The layers, from surface to depth
Skin quality first: injectable skin-quality treatments, including the CELLBOOSTER line presented at the congress, work on hydration, elasticity and fine texture. Then structural support: firmer fillers placed deep where ligaments and bone need projection. Then the compartments: restoring or respecting fat compartments so the face keeps its natural proportions instead of being simply „filled“.
Sequence matters
Treating in the right order, skin first, structure second, detail last, gives results that read as healthy rather than treated. It also uses less product over time, because each layer does the job it is best at.
What patients should expect
A multilayered plan is built over two or three visits, not one. The goal is progressive, believable improvement: skin that looks rested, contours that look like yours.
