Botox Eyebrow Lift: An Open, Rested Look Without Surgery

Close-up of a young woman with natural makeup - Botox eyebrow lift

Brows that sink make the face look tired and stern, even when you are well rested. A Botox eyebrow lift (brow lift) gently softens the muscles that pull the brow down, so the muscle that lifts it gains the upper hand. The result is a softly raised, open look with no surgery and no frozen expression.

At a glance

  • What it is: targeted use of botulinum toxin around the brows
  • Treatment: about 15 minutes, no downtime
  • Result: first effect in a few days, full effect in about two weeks
  • Maintenance: individual, most often 2-3 times a year

How Botox lifts the brow

The forehead muscle raises the brow, while the muscle around the eye and the muscles between the brows pull it down. Small, precisely dosed amounts of toxin in the outer part of the eye muscle and between the brows reduce this pull, so the tail of the brow lifts discreetly. The lift is usually a few millimetres, which is often just enough to refresh the eyes.

Who it suits

  • Brows that droop toward the outer corner of the eye
  • A heavy, tired-looking upper lid without much excess skin
  • Patients who want a fresher look without surgery

When excess upper-lid skin is pronounced, Botox is not a substitute for surgical correction, and we will tell you so honestly at the consultation. See also our page on droopy eyelids.

What the treatment is like

After assessing facial symmetry and brow position, a few small injections are placed with a fine needle. Dose and pattern are individual, because weakening the forehead too much can pull the brow down. That is why who treats you matters, and why forehead and brows are planned together. It is often combined with Botox for forehead lines.

Price

The price depends on the area and treatment plan. See current prices in the price list; the exact plan is set at the consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Will my face look frozen?

No. The aim is a natural expression: we lift the tail of the brow and keep your forehead movement.

Can the brow drop after treatment?

If the forehead is weakened too much, the brow can sink. That is why the dose is tailored to your face. If you notice a change, contact us for a check.

How long does it last?

The effect fades gradually over a few months. The maintenance plan is individual, for most patients 2-3 times a year.
