What is Fotona4D®Men?
Fotona4D®Men is an innovative form of laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation designed specifically for male skin. At its core is the Fotona4D® laser facelift, with protocol parameters adapted to the anatomy and physiology of male skin.
The treatment synergistically applies Fotona’s complementary Er:YAG and Nd:YAG laser wavelengths in a 4-step procedure using 3 proprietary modes (SMOOTH®, PIANO® and SupErficial™), enhancing not only the superficial but also the medial and deeper structures of the skin – quickly, safely and precisely. How does the treatment work?
The combined action of two medical lasers treats different layers of the skin in four steps:

- PIANO® mode – evenly and safely heats larger areas of the skin, for a tightening and firmer-looking effect;
- SupErficial™ mode – a light finishing laser peel that removes superficial imperfections and restores the skin’s glow.
The Er:YAG laser with VSP (Variable Square Pulse) technology allows precise tuning of the ratio between „cold“ ablation and non-ablative heating, while the Nd:YAG laser penetrates deeply to create a thermal effect without damaging the skin surface – energy is deposited only in the targeted structures.
