What is SuperSMOOTH™?

SuperSMOOTH™ is a next-generation Er:YAG laser treatment that combines the impressive skin-tightening effects of the Fotona SMOOTH® mode with the skin-resurfacing benefits of ablative cold peeling – all in a single, advanced hybrid procedure. The result is a faster way to smoother, tighter and more radiant skin, with minimal downtime.

A revolutionary two-in-one approach

Two of the most effective Er:YAG laser modalities are combined in a single step for faster and more effective results:

  • Fotona SMOOTH® mode – rapid sequences of sub-ablative pulses, lasting between 0.1 and 1 second, create controlled thermal effects in the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen remodelling, skin tightening and tissue regeneration;
  • Light cold peel – gently removes the uppermost skin layer through very superficial „cold“ ablation, using short laser pulses (up to 0.5 ms) above the ablation threshold. This step targets uneven texture and dullness, for a brighter and more even complexion.

  • high settings – for a more intense tightening and peeling effect,
