Lenisna: firmer skin and a more natural contour, without an „overdone“ look
Does the mirror tell you your face has lost some firmness, but you do not want to stop looking like yourself? Lenisna helps your skin make its own collagen (the protein that gives skin firmness), so change builds gradually and naturally. At ESTERA in Belgrade we first talk about what bothers you and what you want, and only then choose a treatment.

Lenisna at a glance
- What you get: firmer, better-quality skin and gentle shaping, without changing your features.
- How it works: hyaluronic acid (a substance your skin already contains) gives a mild effect right away, while poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA, a material the body gradually breaks down) slowly stimulates collagen.
- Who it is for: skin with more visible aging, mild volume loss and looseness, most often after 40.
- Result: a mild effect right away, the full effect over weeks and months.
- Price: depends on your plan, see the price list.
Is Lenisna right for me?
Lenisna is worth a conversation if you notice your face losing fullness, deeper folds around the nose and lips, or a contour that is not what it used to be. We decide not by age alone but by the state of your skin and what you want.
If glow and hydration matter most, a skin booster or Juvelook may suit you better. If you want quick, pronounced shaping of one area, a hyaluronic filler is usually chosen. At the consultation we tell you honestly what is right for you.
What can I expect?
Right after treatment you see a mild filling effect. The real result comes gradually: week by week skin feels firmer and looks better, and the change is the kind where people close to you notice you look more rested, not that you „had something done“.
A plan of 2 to 3 sessions a few weeks apart is usual. According to the manufacturer the effect can last 18 months or longer. That is a range, not a promise: it depends on your skin and lifestyle. After the series a single „reminder“ session is usually agreed.

What does the treatment look like?
We start by talking about your wishes, your health and previous treatments. The product is prepared per the manufacturer instructions and placed at the agreed depth of the skin, and we ease discomfort in the way that suits you. Before you leave you get clear aftercare instructions and a follow-up plan.
Is it safe, and what can happen?
After treatment you may have swelling, redness, bruising and tenderness. This is expected and passes. Less often there are nodules or delayed reactions, which is why follow-up is part of the plan. Treatment is not done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection at the treatment site or a known allergy to components. Tell us about health conditions, medications and previous fillers.
Lenisna is not a replacement for filler when volume loss is large, or for someone who wants an instant, pronounced change. We tell you that upfront so you choose the right treatment.
Can it go with other treatments?
Yes. Lenisna often fits into a wider plan with Botox, hyaluronic fillers and lasers. More on similar products: aesPlla, Lanluma and the guide to collagen stimulators.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the area, the amount of product and the number of visits. See the ESTERA price list; we confirm the exact amount at the consultation, before treatment.
