First visit to an aesthetic clinic: step by step (and how to prepare)

Thinking about your first aesthetic treatment, but not sure what to expect? The biggest barrier usually isn’t the price or the needle – it’s the unknown. Here’s what a first visit at the ESTERA clinic in Vračar, Belgrade looks like: from booking to going home with a plan in hand. No sales pressure – a first visit is a conversation, not a commitment.

1. Booking

Call or message us on +381 66 378 372 to book a time that suits you. No special preparation is needed; if you have referrals, test results or a list of medications you take – bring them along.

2. The conversation – what you want vs. what you actually need

The first visit starts with a talk: what brought you in, what you would change, and what you definitely wouldn’t. Many people arrive with a treatment name from an Instagram post and leave with a different plan – because the goal isn’t a treatment, it’s a result. Sometimes the honest answer is „you don’t need that“.

3. Skin analysis – what the naked eye can’t see

When needed, we perform an OBSERV 520x skin analysis: scans under special light reveal what lies below the surface – hydration, pigmentation, sun damage, capillaries. That way the plan doesn’t guess: we see what your skin truly needs and track results objectively, scan by scan. More about the analysis.

4. Treatment plan and price – upfront

At the end of the consultation you receive a concrete plan: what we suggest, in what order, how many sessions and what it all costs – before anything is done. Prices are transparent and available in our price list. If there’s anything in the plan you don’t want, it comes out.

5. Treatment – right away or by appointment

Some treatments can be done immediately after the consultation (if you want and if it’s safe), while others get their own appointment. Before every treatment we go through what will be done, what recovery looks like and what result is realistic.

6. After the treatment – you’re not left on your own

You receive written aftercare instructions and our number for any questions. A follow-up is scheduled according to the protocol – with us, the relationship with a patient is a process, not a single appointment.

How to prepare?

  • Write down what concerns you – in order of priority.
  • Bring a list of medications and supplements you take.
  • Come without makeup if possible (for the skin analysis).
  • Ask questions – even the „silly“ ones. There are no silly questions when it’s your face.

In short
A first visit doesn’t have to be stressful: it’s an hour of conversation, analysis and planning – with the price upfront and no obligations. Book your consultation: +381 66 378 372
